Our Story

Founded in 2013 by F&B veteran, Daniel Tay, Foodgnostic offers R&D and food supply services to clients and partners in the F&B industry. Specialising in private label food manufacturing, we currently have a repertoire of over 200 products, with a focus on cakes. Employing State-of-the-art-technology has given our 24-hour facility the capacity to take on the ever-increasing demands from this vibrant industry. We currently operate two production facilities – one of which is halal-certified - and have the capacity to produce 10,000 whole cakes daily.

Cutting-edge technology is harnessed to ensure the highest level of consistency and hygiene, while creativity and a keen sense of market demands - honed through our directors’ decades of industry experience – guarantee superior service and exceptional tastes. Today, our products have travelled beyond Singapore’s shores to other countries within Asia – including China. This is a testament to our products’ high quality that is appreciated all around the world.

Foodgnostic is more than a production facility as it offers a 360-degree suite of services and delivers end-to-end solutions to our partners and clients. We also boast a strong R&D team that is dedicated to offering tailor-made solutions to every client. Based in Singapore, where there are no hefty taxes on specially imported ingredients, we are also able to offer our clients cakes using premium ingredients and still maintain competitive pricing.
